Youth and Young Adults at ICAThe youth comprise the greater proportion of the Malawian populace, Africa and the world as a whole. Hence, the leadership of the International Christian Assembly greatly values its youth and young adult ministry.
The name Radicals for Christ is an acknowledgement that Christianity is an invitation to the extraordinary life. Youth in the body of Christ are called to an extraordinary life. God offered a radical sacrifice through Jesus Christ, His only begotten Son. Radicals are youth who have been radically saved and are living radical Christian lives. Hence they must radically pray, live, serve, give and tell. We encourage our youth to pursue excellence in life and be actively involved in Christian ministry.

Youth from ICAWe emphasize discipleship and a life-time involvement in Christian service/ministry for the youth. ICA youth and young adults have planted several churches in the past. We intend to plant a church every year locally and abroad. Church planting is one of the exciting activities for youth at ICA and always attracts large numbers.

Youth at ICA are given an opportunity to serve God as they contribute to the realization of the vision and mission of ICA.

Three main groups characterize youth and young adult ministry at ICA. These are youth (ages 13-20), young adults (ages 21 and above), and young married couples. This is an appreciation of the developmental characteristics, challenges and felt needs demonstrated by the various age groups.

Youth program and activities are built around music, sports, dance, and other performing arts. These activities give youth an opportunity to share their faith, worship their God and grow in Christian character. When at the International Christian Assembly, expect to participate in any discipline of your liking.

Our menu includes career advisory for the youth. Kids can access this service for free and we welcome youth from other churches and denominations. We also offer counseling for kids with life-control issues. The church has just set up a Pastoral HIV Counseling and Testing facility. This is in recognition of impact of HIV AIDS on the masses. Faith based intervention and care is seen as the last hope if we are to arrest this pandemic.
